Shift: 3rd Shift
Subco Bonus Program to 3k, and a change in the pay-out structure:

• $1k at 14 days w/perfect attendance;
• $1k at 60 days
• $1k at 90 days

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OT - Sometimes there is no requirement, sometimes it is voluntary, sometimes it is up to 56 hrs per week.
Performs standard testing processes on a variety of equipment and records and analyzes results. Requires knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment including familiarization with pneumatic, electric and basic hand tools, i.e. hammers, wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, etc. Knowledge of specialty tools is desired, but not required. Experience using bench press, drill press, lasers (part marking), pneumatic bench tests is desired, but not required. Training and/or certification will be provided in all of these operations. Requires 1-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under direct supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor. Special Considerations: Lifting will exceed 30 Lbs. and/or repetitions of this or lesser weights will be significant. Exposure to substantial machine, chemical, biological or other physical risks are anticipated.
