STARTING WAGES FROM $21.00-$23.00 / hour

What You'll Do:

  • Employees will receive extensive training prior to starting all duties.
  • Plant Production Operations activities such as operating packaging equipment, packaging different packaging types, working palletizing, etc.
  • Accurately monitor highly automated equipment for processes such as harvesting, treating, and packaging
  • Return and rework activities.
  • Field management activities such as scouting, field maintenance.
  • Warehousing activities including forklift operation (extensive training provided based on individual skill levels), collecting samples, pooling, etc.
  • Gathering data for continuous improvement projects.
  • Various other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications


Education:

  • You have your High School Diploma/GED OR are willing and able to obtain your GED within 1 year of hire as a condition of employment.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Have two or more years of on-the-job manufacturing, operations, production, agriculture, or related experience.
  • Have Two-Year Technical or Associates Degree.
  • You have two or more years of on-the-job working experience in any field.
  • Have working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles such as 5S, Continuous Improvement and Standardized Work.
  • Have general agriculture knowledge and/or experience.
  • Have experience with field equipment, agriculture equipment and/or Forklifts- (All site specific and hands on training will be provided regardless of experience/skill level).

Relocation assistance not offered for this position.

This role will be on-site at the Corteva location.
