Cortica is Hiring an Operations Manager (Part-time) Near Burlington, MA
- Support site operations including but not limited to open/close procedures; facility maintenance; and inventory, equipment, and furniture management.
- Complete administrative tasks such as greeting families and clients, client check- in/check-out, collecting copays, assisting with appointment scheduling, and document management.
- Interface with facility vendors and monitor inventory for necessary supplies.
- Oversee clerical procedures at the front desk, and handle communication effectively.
- Work closely with the Site Operations Manager and schedulers to identify and correct problems relating to same-day scheduling backfills, cancellations, scheduling conflicts, and EMR errors/fixes.
- Assist with onboarding of new hires and orientation.
- Appropriately communicate and escalate issues to authority.
- Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness, and provide therapist support as needed during treatment and/or transitions.
- Ensure a safe working environment including removal of safety hazards and following clinic safety protocols.
- Cross-train with other roles to ensure coverage of clinic operations.
- You hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You have 1 years of office experience, preferably in healthcare.
