We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Technician. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting large-scale Indo-Pacific exercises while based out of Huntsville, Alabama. This role will require periodic travel to the Indo-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the setup and teardown of exercise infrastructure, including developing architecture for optimal functionality.
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner, both remotely and in person.
• Coordinate IT support to ensure smooth operation of exercise-related systems and technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or a related role.
• Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies.
• Experience in coordinating and supporting large-scale exercises or military operations, preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance
• Willingness to travel as needed
