BUILDING MAINTENANCE FOREPERSON

The Cortland Housing Authority has an opening for a full-time Building Maintenance Foreperson. Must possess 3 years of full-time or its’ part-time equivalent experience in general building maintenance or skilled trades. Position requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. The hourly rate will be $28.00 per hour plus overtime and on call pay plus an excellent benefits package.
