BUILDING MAINENANCE SUPERVISOR

The Cortland Housing Authority has an immediate opening for this Management/Administrative position. Candidates must possess a NYS Class D driver’s license at the time of appointment and must maintain said license for the duration of employment and successful completion of (1) a Class C Public Water System Operator Certification and (2) a Cross Connection and Backflow Prevention Device Certification within twelve (12) months of appointment. Failure to obtain/maintain certifications throughout employment will result in disciplinary action or dismissal. A Civil service test is required for this position.

The salary for this position is $70,000-$ 75,000 with a benefit package that includes: 80 % Health and Dental Insurance paid by employer; paid holidays, personal, vacation and sick leave; vision benefits and New York State retirement.
