- Current, unencumbered RN License
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Detail-oriented and organized
- 2 years of experience in SNF/LTC or sub-acute care setting strongly preferred
- Background in staff development or nurse education preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of the state and federal guidelines and regulations specific to skilled and long-term care nursing services
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a dedication and commitment to providing quality healthcare services in a resident-focused environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in wound care terminology, interventions, skin assessments
- Ability to effectively communicate, educate, and support the growth and development of our nursing staff
