Compensation: $19.45 - $24.30 per hour (based on years of experience)

On-sitetraining is required for this position.
The Medical ComplianceAudit Analyst implements and maintains provider education programs related tocoding regulatory and other administrative issues, as well, is responsible forthe Medicare compliance program at the Clinic. Performs monthly and annual audits per provider and reporting thoseresults to Professional Standards. Regularly reports the results of audits and performs ad hoc EHR auditsupon request.
1. Will participate and maintain a culture withinThe Corvallis Clinic that is consistent with the content outlined in theService and Behavioral Standards Handbook. To this end, employee will be expected to read, have familiarity, andembrace the principles contained within.
2. Implementsand maintains the corporate Medicare compliance program.
3. Works as aliaison with Administration and other Clinic committees in reporting oncompliance issues. Makes recommendationsfor improvement.
4. Performsmonthly and annual provider chart audits and reports progress to ensurecompliance to Professional Standards.
5. Implementsand maintains provider education program for coding and billingregulations. Publishes coding newsletterfor providers.
6. Improve the quality of care through continuingeducation and self-evaluation of the effectiveness of care. This includes attendance/participation inmost in-services/department meetings and remaining current on departmentpolicies and procedures.
7. Participatein orientation and training of new employees.
