Treasury Services is hiring a team member to manage the facility maintenance at our Milwaukie, OR location. This will include coordination with subcontractors and handling general maintenance items as they arise.

This person will also be the back-up for our Treasury production department to ensure checks and other critical documents are printed accurately and correctly processed for mailing.

Checks, prescription cards, and other highly sensitive mailings must be processed in accordance with the strict criteria of each of our customer requirements, as well as meeting our internal controls.

The work is fast paced and requires a strong attention to detail ensuring a high accuracy of mailings of HIPPA and financially protected information.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• General maintenance and coordination with subcontractors for building management.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Organize and maintain all required testing / permitting within the building.
• Responsible for all AV within the facility.
• Responsible for all conference rooms and will work closely with IT on any computer related issues.
• Responsible for daily prepping within the kitchen to ensure all machines are working accurately properly and they are stocked with product.
• Responsible to review, monitor, and print checks, brochures, business cards, and other mailings.
• Review, monitor, and troubleshoot mailings to ensure accuracy to zero tolerance for mailing errors.
• Ensure mailings with special requirements or requests are pulled and processed according to the request.
• Works with USPS / FedEx to ensure mailings are prepared and ready for pickup at the appropriate times.
• Investigates and report to manager any inconsistencies or improprieties, in accordance with printing, mailing, or other financial accounting standards.
• General maintenance of printer, folder, and postage machine if you are the only one onsite.
• Monitor, track, and report on daily mailings.

• General maintenance skills.
• Sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; demonstrated ability to provide superior service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with highly sensitive documents.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

• Experienced with high-speed printing machines and other production machines.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certified.

PAY RANGE :

CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors : federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions.

For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.

Pay Range : $24.32 - $39.23 per hour
