Administrative Specialist to work with the Project Management and Accounting Team Of A Growing Business

We specialize in high tech solutions for NASCAR, the Department of Defense, and several other customers.

What you'll do:

You’ll work directly with the Accounting and Project Management team providing help with administrative tasks, extracting data from the accounting system and compiling for analysis, designing and generating reports, automating, and supporting the Project Management teams with budgeting, staffing, contract management, purchasing, and other responsibilities.

  • An individual with high levels of problem-solving ability
  • An individual with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • An individual working with experience in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Experience with Database concepts

This job is not about already having all the answers.
