The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and able to work with a team, with strong organizational skills and with great attention to detail. Duties require the ability to work quickly, proactively and positively with the CEO, Financial Director, and the Compliance Team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain and organize corporate office records.
Sorting Incoming Mail, Scanning, filing all accounting files, hard and electronic copies, and year end storage of files.
Processing of and distribution of Background Checks of potential Franchise Owners.
Auditing Franchise Sale Paperwork for accuracy and completeness, and following up on discrepancies, and closing out open items.
Preparation of weekly and monthly mailings, of invoices and payables.
Inventory and maintaining organization of Marketing Materials and Office Supplies.
Assist with annual projects.
Qualifications: ·
This position is fast paced, and requires multitasking and compartmentalization. Must be able to switch from one task to another quickly and efficiently.
