Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Manage day-to-day operations for a 125-unit community.
Coach, train, and develop a team, including maintenance and leasing staff.
Develop and manage the operating income/expense budgets.
Adhere to all compliance regulations and housing laws.
Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction.
