What are we looking for At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com) we are looking for a National Project Coordinator to join our Australian HQ.

What you will do

As the National Project Coordinator, you will assist with the day-to-day operations for Cosentino in Australia. Your daily tasks will include guest relations, customer service assistance, events coordination as well as visiting certain customer accounts. The goal is to identify and generate sales leads, partner with the local sales team and ensure that all agreements, contracts and projects are developed, managed and closed in a timely manner with all parties involved.

Will also play a key role on enhancing our showrooms within targeted local industries (builders, architects, designers, commercial, etc.).

In this role, you will proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team goals. Your ability to network and find business through events hosted at our City Center and showrooms are an integral key part of this role.

- Developing, reviewing, and negotiating variations to contracts and projects that Cosentino is involved in.

- Working with our Sales and Management team, Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners, and others to ensure that project goals are met in a timely manner.

- Responding to inquiries from Architects, Designers, Engineers, and end users

- Resolving problems and concerns regarding any contracts, programs, projects, and services provided by Cosentino.

- Managing all paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects, and services provided for Cosentino Australia.

- Visiting client/project sites to oversee and review work by contractors.

- Advising senior management on project timeline, updates and any modification that may be required.

- Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning Cosentino’s activities in the region. Organization and Administration Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily entry of all customer visits and project updates in Salesforce

• Manage the administrative tasks required for suppliers.

What you need to succeed

Professional Experience

Required:

2 experience in similar role

1 experience in providing excellent customer service with a proven success track interacting with Architects, Designers, and end-users.

Preferably 2 experience in interior design industry

Knowledge Required: Contract Review & Management Vendor Management

Academical Background

Required

- Law/Business Administration Degree
