Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Cosmetic Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong cosmetic or beauty sales background and excellent organizational skills. As a Liaison, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between the patients, surgeon, and the medical office ensuring smooth interactions.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient outreach to potential cosmetic patients.
- Utilize strong communication skills to add cosmetic patients to our schedule
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure VIP status care for our cosmetic patients
- Demonstrate leadership qualities as you achieve meeting monthly numbers

Experience:

-Marketing Experience is a plus!

- Previous experience in the Aesthetic and Cosmetic Surgery Industry
- Proficiency in an EMR-based system, as well as the general use of a desktop
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability in procedure knowledge and an understanding of complex patient needs
- Excellent analytical skills to assess strategies needed to effectively capture all leads, and being able to communicate that with the appropriate Director
- Outstanding customer service skills to build and maintain patient relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
