We are seeking a Wellness Nurse Practitioner to join our team at AC Wellness located in Kansas City, MO with a passion for collaboration and helping patients achieve their goals.
The center offers treatment plans for weight loss, hormone therapy, hair restoration and sexual wellness.
Responsibilities:
 

• Complete thorough and holistic consultations and develop appropriate treatment plans based on customer concerns, goals, and lab results
• Prescribe and administer hormone replacement therapy, supplement regimens
• Maintain charting/clinical documentation for each patient in electronic medical records
• Serve as an expert on aging wellness by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
• Collaborate with the clinical leadership on developing protocols for new offerings as we expand our services
• Optimize customer experience to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to all patients

Qualifications:
 

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Missouri
• 3 years’ experience working in an outpatient medical setting
• Experience prescribing or knowledge of hormone replacement therapy
• Desire to continually grow your practice by learning new procedures and therapies
