Store Manager

Duties:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase store profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Utilize math skills to analyze sales data, track expenses, and prepare reports.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll processing, and record keeping.

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in wireless sales or a similar retail environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and staff professionally.
- Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management and administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the wireless industry is a plus.
- Strong math skills for analyzing sales data, calculating commissions, and managing budgets.
- Ability to maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
- Demonstrated ability in time management to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,971.33 - $44,524.54 per year
