- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools Order Entry and Invoicing
- Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits of company policy
- Create and maintain records of client interactions, accounts, and file documents
- Comply with current communication policies and procedures
- Must be have a willingness to learn QuickBooks
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must be customer oriented and can adapt/respond to client needs
- Has knowledge of Air Filtration products and services (Preferred)
- Has knowledge of using phone systems
- Has a good understanding of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Can demonstrate excellent organizational skills
- Has at least 2 year’s previous experience as sales representative (Preferred)
- Morning shift
- No nights
- Landover, MD 20785: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
- Previous experience as an Office Coordinator and Customer Service or in a similar position
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
