Join our team as a Warehouse Manager, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong background in logistics and inventory management to lead our warehouse team to success.

*Responsibilities:*

- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products

- Implement and maintain efficient processes to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders

- Utilize forklifts and other equipment for material handling tasks

- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy

- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory control procedures

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse processes

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

- Lead and mentor warehouse staff to achieve performance goals

- Coordinate with dispatching team for timely deliveries

- Monitor profit loss metrics and implement strategies for cost reduction

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management

- Proficiency in AS400 or similar warehouse management systems

- Strong knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies

- Experience in inventory control and optimizing warehouse layouts

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Pay: $36,500.00 - $40,000.00 per year
