**Overview:**

We are seeking an entry level Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in all aspects of family law practice, including legal research, drafting legal documents, attending hearings and client communication.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, memorandum of law, orders, settlement agreements and correspondence

- Strategize, prepare for and attending hearings and trials

- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

- Manage case files and maintain organized records

- Negotiating settlements

**Qualifications:**

- Florida Bar License in good standing

- Proficiency in legal research using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis

- Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents

- Ability to negotiate effectively and communicate professionally

- Experience with litigation processes in family law cases is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
