We are recruiting a manager to lead and manage a variety of projects. Full and part-time opportunities available. 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full range of services in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with senior client management and peer client levels
• Plan, organize and manage multiple projects for clients with minimal oversight
• Help develop solutions for clients and manage the implementation of ideas
• Perform detailed reviews of the team’s work to ensure quality, thoroughness and completion of assignment tasks within agreed time frames
• Establish work schedules through effective use of project management techniques
• Anticipate and communicate budget issues, identify opportunities to improve assignment profitability
• Build strong coaching skills, provide consistent recognition and encouragement to team members, and set an example by demonstrating high energy levels and enthusiasm
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives – recruitment, business development, and retention activities
• Actively pursue self-development opportunities
