**Overview:**

We are looking to fill the position of Tire Center Supervisor within our team. Excellent leadership and organizational skills are more important than past experience. We will teach you the job as you go. If you have those skills as well as previous experience, that is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a passion for growing within the company and excellent customer service skills.

**Duties:**

- Lead a team of technicians daily

- Provide the high level of member service Costco strives for

- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs

- Conduct wheel alignments and balancing

- Inspect tires for wear and damage

- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose tire-related issues

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Qualifications:**

- Excellent leadership abilities will be considered if you have no previous experience

- Previous experience in tire service or related automotive field preferred

- Proficiency with hand tools and equipment used in tire maintenance

- Strong understanding of automotive diagnostics

- Ability to align and balance tires accurately

- Excellent customer service and sales skills

- Mechanic or service technician background is a plus
