As a member of the IT Management Team, you are responsible for managing, developing, and leading a team of employees. Your role includes leading the specific functional responsibilities of your team, which involves overseeing team performance and deliverables. However, your role as a leader within our organization requires more than the management of resources and day-to-day operations. As a steward of the company, you are charged with the development and execution of your team’s strategic vision and plan and ensuring that your team’s actions align with the larger goals of the company and the IT Division.

Cyber Fraud Operations performs risk and abuse duties to protect member online accounts, provide technical solutions for fraud protection, and works alerts generated from anti-fraud and AML tooling. The manager will have a deep understanding of fraud typologies in ecommerce, payment systems, and regulatory requirements from PCI to BSA. Successful candidates will have extensive knowledge of logging and detection strategies, skimmers/shimmers, Transnational organized crime syndicates, and law enforcement relations.

●Links the team’s performance to InfoSecs published Strategic Objectives, (CIS 18, NIST).

●Manages the relationship between Costco and Law Enforcement to ensure company policy and legal procedure is followed at all times.

●Provides written status reports and updates to senior executives and legal representatives on a regular basis.

●Attends industry benchmarking sessions to align with best practices, ensuring Costco is an industry leader in cyber fraud operations.

●This is a full-time management/leadership position (45 hours per week).

REQUIRED

●At least 5 years’ leading cross functional teams in the fraud environment.

●At least 5 years’ in the fraud payments and or AML space.

●At least 3 years’ conducting fraud investigations in partnership with local, state, and federal law enforcement.

●HIPAA Training and Supervisors Orientation (within 30 days of hire); Leadership Development 101 (within one year); Costco Pay Policies (within 90 days of promotion).

Pay Range: $137,000 - $200,000, Bonus and Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) eligible
