Collaborative 3 MD / 3 OD Eye Practice

LOCATION: New Hartford/Herkimer, NY Clinics

Located in the beautiful Mohawk Valley in central NY. The region offers tremendous schools, family friendly communities, surrounded by lakes, Adirondack mountains, stunningly beautiful 4 season backdrop, breathtaking geography and historical landmarks, a variety of shopping, fine dining, casinos, amusement parks, award winning, championship golf courses and professional, semi-professional and collegiate sporting events. From hiking, boating and camping to fine dining and concerts on the lake, the Mohawk Valley and Central New York region offers a wide variety of activities for both individuals and families.

At Costello Eye Physicians & Surgeons, we believe in an integrated approach in which our optometrists and ophthalmologists work together to deliver the best eyecare for our patients. As a member of our clinical team, you will treat a broad spectrum of patients and diverse pathologies, further expanding upon your medical skill set. Our optometrists treat patients for a variety of medical conditions and our clinics do not have dispensaries. As an integral part of our medical team, the successful candidate will generate substantial revenue through patient examinations and diagnostic testing. Our optometrists have a considerable bonus opportunity, with the potential to make upwards of $250,000 as soon as their second year with our practice. Our ODs are assigned technicians to both work up and put patients through necessary testing. 

COMPENSATION :

· $175,000 - $200,000 Base salary

· Work incentive bonuses are part of compensation package (Potential to $50,000.00 )

· 3 weeks paid vacation

· PAID CME

· FULL Benefits and profit sharing

The founders of our practice were raised by a local optometrist, their father, and have always worked symbiotically with all of the optometrists in our region.
