IT Field Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an IT Field Coordinator and be part of an exciting journey to revolutionize the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry with cutting-edge technology solutions.

As an IT Field Coordinator, you will play a critical role in monitoring IT projects while providing technical support and troubleshooting services across our restaurant locations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, maintain, and enhance technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and elevate the customer experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues at restaurant locations
• Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, digital menu boards, kiosks, and other technology solutions
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, diagnostic tests and troubleshooting procedures
• Monitor IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Oversee project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to execute project tasks effectively
• Monitor and communicate project progress, status updates and reports to stakeholders
• Oversee vendor relationships, including placing orders for hardware, software, and services
• Evaluate vendor proposals, review contracts, and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions
• Coordinate with vendors to schedule deliveries, installations, and maintenance services

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing IT projects and field support, preferably in the QSR or retail industry
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various restaurant locations as needed
