Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and maintain buyer personas.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, optimized for search and user experience across all channels, adopting a brand publisher mindset.
- Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy, managing editorial requirements, calendar, and workflows.
- Manage digital content hubs, all supporting social channels, including email/newsletter distribution, and optimize the editorial plan.
- Regularly measure and optimize the editorial plan, integrating content programs with brand campaigns, and presenting results to executives.
- Coordinate Requests For Proposals (RFPs) from prospective clients, nurture sales leads, and manage customer education programs.
- Bachelor's Degree or beyond.
- 1-2 years of marketing or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Proven editorial and writing skills.
- Exceptional people skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Proficiency in both long-form content creation and real-time content creation and distribution strategies.
- CRM, Salesforce, or Hubspot experience preferred.
- Supervise 4-5 individuals including graphic design, content, CRM management, and general marketers.
