Sikich has a need for a Risk & Compliance Specialist to support our client that is located in Washington, DC.
We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team.
Specific skills/experience required are as follows:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3 years of relative federal experience
- Eligible to obtain & maintain a US government security clearance (up to a Top Secret).
- Experienced assisting in providing guidance on IT security best practices, industry standards, system accreditation, and risk management.
- Experienced managing changes to system and assessing the security impact of those changes.
- Experienced preparing and reviewing documentation to include Systems Security Plan, Contingency Plan, Contingency Plan Test, Business Impact Analysis, FIPS-199, eAuthentication, etc.
- Employee must be able to be on site 4 days of the week during transition with opportunity to change frequency depending on team need after transition.
Your Work Place/Travel: The majority of the work will be performed in a hybrid setting in either [Washington, DC or Arlington, VA]. Some additional travel may be required. You must be able to transport a laptop and working documents to these sites.
Your Work Hours:Full-time. Core hours are 9 am-4 pm EST.
