We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, operation, and future construction plans of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the property is maintained, that any issues are corrected either directly or via a service vendor. They would also be responsible for either building or overseeing future construction and have past experience in construction work and is knowledgable of construction quotes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the building and property is taken care of and that any needed repairs get done, whether hiring out a contractor to complete the work or doing it themselves.
• Keeps the building and property clean and in excellent condition.
• Handles any pest control and hires necessary vendors for this.
• Upkeeps the paint of the interior and exterior of the building, including all walls, fixtures that can be painted, fences, etc. Ensures there are no scratches or scuff marks on the doors and walls.
• Ensures all equipment, light bulbs, air filters, air conditioners, plumbing, etc. are up-to-date and any needed repairs are completed.
• Handles any landscaping issues and oversees the maintenance of the grounds.
• Oversees that lawn care is handled and professionally maintained.
• Works with the General Manager and Head Office to oversee renovations, upgrades, paving, future construction, etc. that goes on at the venue.
• Helps with Event and Wedding set up (including lifting tables, chairs, etc.)
• Ensures relationships with 3rd party vendors are handled professionally.
• Helps on the construction and build of future projects and is a point of contact for 3rd party vendors on said projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
