We are seeking self-motivated, outgoing, work oriented individuals to join our team. We require open availability, especially on weekends and during holidays, and all applicants must have reliable transportation.

Line Cook Skills/Requirements:

- Set up and stock food items and other necessary equipment

- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces according to recipes

- Maintains cleanliness and complies with food sanitation policies and procedures and correct food storage

- Performs inventory checks and food inventory logs per shift requirements

- Good organizational and communication skills,

and the ability to work as a team member

- At least (1 ) years kitchen and knife experience

Prep Cook Skills/Requirements:

- Completing prep list tasks in accordance to supply necessity

- Labeling and stocking ingredients and food items

- Washing, chopping and sorting ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, and meats

- Cleaning/washing dishes and cooking supplies, as well as basic kitchen sanitation

- Good organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work as a team member

- At least (1 ) years kitchen and knife skills
