Position Description : Duties include but are not limited to :
- Greet and professionally welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer and direct phone calls on a multi-line phone system
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, helping with mail
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements :
- Proven work as a receptionist, front office representative, customer service manager, or similar role
- At least 1 year experience preferred
- Proven customer service skills
- Sharp written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work full-time hours
