Coulter Family Dentistry is searching for a Patient Care Coordinator to work in a high-end dental practice in the Bearden area. This position is is for someone who excels in customer service, critical thinking, and in helping coordinate an AMAZING patient experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• No dental experience required!
• Patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, data entry, and cash posting
• Promote excellent customer service by all levels of the staff
• Problem solving when there is a complaint and developing process improvements to prevent recurrences
• Support business goals by utilizing schedules effectively and supporting practice revenue objectives

Experience in the dental industry is not required to excel within this role. We are looking for someone who has a great attitude and works well in a team environment. We work hard but have a great time together!

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm
• Friday 8am-1pm (we only work two Fridays each month)
• Approximately one month of paid time off!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
