Coulton Creek Capital is a growing private investment company that seeks out opportunistic investments in real estate. ROLE SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing, communication, and business development strategies to enhance Coulton Creek Capital’s brand presence and to manage and grow our investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive external communication plan for Coulton Creek.

Manage investor sales workflows, including cultivation of new prospects, engagement with active prospects, and stewardship of existing investors.

  • Enhance our brand identity and keep investors informed about their investments and our offerings by creating and distributing engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and regular investment communications like quarterly reports and pitch materials.
  • Plan and organize investor meetings, conferences, and other events (educational, networking, entertainment) to strengthen relationships with investors.
  • Manage the company's digital presence, including website content and social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
  • Develop and manage budgets, marketing materials, events, and outside vendors.
  • Serve as the primary contact for investor inquiries and support investment transactions.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other departments to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to investor relations and marketing.
  • Develop “Customer Care” protocol for existing investors.
  • Organize and manage CRM and investor / prospect lists.
  • Research and facilitate potential new capital partnerships.
  • Assist senior management in creating and executing a capital raise strategy.
  • Manage investor tracking processes and plans which may include: initial outreach, follow-up protocol, outgoing communication presentation guidelines, personal updates from and experiences with leadership (lunches, site tours, golf, etc.), personalized investor relations (birthday cards, holiday gifts, recognition of babies/retirements/winning sports teams, etc.), quarterly newsletter, periodic Zoom/live updates and Q&A (deal previews).

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, non-profit development, event planning, or investor relations.

General Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and persuasive communications for investors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Technical Competence

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to utilize and maximize the value of CRM systems.
  • Microsoft Office and Adobe suite expertise.
