Our expertise includes working with court-ordered individuals in need of anger management, substance abuse, and sex offender treatment. In addition, we offer intensive and solution-focused therapy for individuals, families, and couples. Our practitioners are licensed and certified in various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Based Therapy.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist at Counseling and Forensic Services. As a Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include treatment planning, social work, case management, mental health counseling, and family therapy. This role will primarily be based in Woodbridge, VA, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• Treatment Planning, Case Management, and Mental Health Counseling skills
• Experience in Social Work and Family Therapy
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensure as a Mental Health Therapist
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic interventions are a plus
• Experience working with court-ordered individuals is beneficial
