The role of Med Clinic Operations Directorrequires a licensed Medical Provider (DO, MD, NP) in Oklahoma with a current DEA number in good standing (with preferred history of training and experience in psychiatry or prescribing psychiatric medications). A minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of direct supervisory/administrative experience in healthcare settings. Demonstrated commitment to providing services to medically underserved populations. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma provides mental health and substance abuse treatment, physical health care management and wellness services for over 5,000 children and adults annually. We are Oklahoma's only community mental health center certified in the Sanctuary model of care. Due to tremendous growth, we are hiring a Med Clinic Operations Director at our Yale location. As a member of our CRS team, you will have the opportunity to improve the quality of life for our patients by delivering one-on-one clinical guidance and support.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to move from location to location, bending, stooping, lifting 25 pounds, communicate clearly, prepare written communications, present information to other employees, process complex information within established procedures/programs, enter data to various programs. Must be able to climb stairs and access non-handicapped equipped residences/facilities.
