Job Description
The Country Club of Rochester is a prestigious Platinum Club of America and one of the country's oldest clubs with deep roots in the community. This is a great chance to be part of a devoted team who takes pride in providing excellent service. We are seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to fill the Line Cook Position!
Job Summary:
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, the Line Cook is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the Club’s kitchen and it’s regular operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Must have weekend/PM Availability.
· Prepares Food in accordance with CCR club recipes and standards.
· Sets up service units with needed items.
· Serves items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards.
· Notifies Sous Chef/Executive Chef of Expected shortages.
· Ensures that assigned work areas and equipment are cleaned and sanitary
· Assists the Sous Chef in maintaining security and safety in the kitchen.
· Sets up, breaks down cook stations.
· Requisitions items needed to produce menu items and special items.
· Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations.
· Covers, dates and neatly stores all leftover products that are reusable.
· Assist with other duties assigned by the Executive Chef/Sous Chef.
Education and Experience:
· Prior experience at a Golf Club or Country Club is preferred
