**Job Overview:** We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. **Duties:** - Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions - Process reservations and cancellations accurately - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction **Experience:** - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred - Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations - Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual skills are a plus - Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous Join our team and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
