Position Requirements:

-Handling and managing litigation files from inception through trial.

-Handling and managing arbitration files from inception through arbitration hearing.

-Preparing briefs, motions and memorandums of law.

-Preparing pleadings, discovery, demands and responses.

-Preparing reports and file analysis on court and arbitration appearances.

-Congenial fast paced environment.
