LAWN CARE TEAM MEMBER

Description:

A seasonal position that is dedicated to all aspects regarding the mowing and maintenance of residential and commercial lawns.

Job Duties:

• Mow grass with precision, finishing with line trimming and use of a blower
• Maintenance of equipment by power washing mower following day’s work, greasing and changing blades when necessary
• Ability to perform simple trouble shooting, when mechanical issues arise, and be in communication with company mechanic when larger issues become apparent
• Assist in off-season Snow & Ice Mangement

Requirements:

• Experience with a variety of mowers: zero-turns, push, stand-ons with sulky, line trimmers, and blowers
• Able to work well with a diverse group of employees and clients
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Other duties, when assigned
• Overtime, as needed, some Saturdays required
