Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and possess a background in animal care or veterinary services.

Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding products and services
- Provide information about pet grooming, dog training, equine care, and other animal-related services
- Assist customers with medical collection inquiries related to veterinary care
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends in pet care, veterinary services, and animal husbandry

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of medical collection processes within a veterinary or animal care setting is a plus
- Familiarity with pet grooming, dog training, equine care, or other animal-related services is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailRequired Skills:
