Greenville County Records Division is seeking an energetic, dedicated, and self-motivated individual to join our team. This individual will provide clerical and administrative assistance to criminal justice support operations. Processes a variety of documentation associated with filed and/or scanned records; verifies accuracy of entered data and processed documents; performs customer service functions regarding department/division operations. High school diploma or GED required. Considerable experience in an administrative/clerical field or any equivalent combination of education and training which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities. Exercises judgment in applying established County policies and procedures relative to Public Safety/Records Division. Must be able to type at a corrected rate of thirty-five to forty words per minute. Knowledge and experience in scanning and quality control of documents beneficial. NOTE: Minimum 3–4-day workweek. (20-24 hours a week).
