As Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting marketing programs to build brand awareness and drive demand for the Courier Health Platform, the only patient-focused CRM purpose-built for life science companies. You will plan, manage and execute across all aspects of marketing, including content creation and thought leadership, social media, owned and industry events, product marketing, and PR/comms. You're a great fit for this role if you're an energetic self-starter who is looking to flex across the marketing function and collaborate closely with Sales, Client Solutions, and Product.
What You'll Do

• Help plan and execute marketing programs aligned to our strategic goals, product roadmap, and key industry events/milestones
• Collaborate internally and externally to outline, draft, design, and publish engaging thought leadership content and product/sales collateral
• Help manage our company LinkedIn account, including copy and creative
• Draft copy and creative for our brand website and blog, marketing emails, events, and more
• Help manage owned and industry events, including researching sponsorship opportunities, managing logistics, and helping with sales/attendee prep and follow-up
• Support internal sales enablement initiatives
• Help track program performance (quantitative & qualitative) and provide recommendations for testing/optimizing
• Stay informed about industry news and trends
• Be a brand ambassador for Courier Health locally and within biopharma!

Qualifications

• 4 years of professional Marketing experience, preferably at a SaaS/B2B tech company
• Experience with a broad array of marketing channels, including content marketing, social media, events/conferences, etc.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detailed oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple project simultaneously
• Confidence executing quickly and independently
• Experience with HubSpot and Webflow is a plus!

The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $90,000 - $130,000 equity benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
