**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships. **Duties:** - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new market opportunities. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service. - Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers. - Analyze sales data to determine trends and forecast future sales. - Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field. - Strong ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively. - Excellent account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Familiarity with technology sales is a plus. - Fluency in Spanish is advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base. - Outstanding market knowledge and understanding of customer needs. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
