Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketer to join our team. As a Marketer, you will be responsible for building relationships with referral sources, increasing census and revenue, providing education in the community about services. This position also involves recruiting staff to fill positions. If you have a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of the healthcare marketplace, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and customer preferences

- Develop and implement marketing strategy

- Build relationships with multiple referral sources

- Attract, recruit, train caregiving team.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in healthcare marketing

Experience:

- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, including networking and referral relationships.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- Proven experience in healthcare sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $16 - $18 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed.

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities
