Responsibilities
Lead daily preparation of food items and station management
Handle set-up, stocking and preparing food in accordance to our Executive Chef’s recipes and standards
Ensure cleanliness and proper safety procedures are followed
Organize kitchen, walk-in coolers and storage areas
Requirements
Basic knife skills
Food safety knowledge
Love of food and cooking
1 years of experience in a professional kitchen preferred
Previous experience is not required, however, must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
