Job Overview:
As the operations manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the General Manager in various aspects of the business. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within the hospitality industry.
Duties:
- Assist in managing all facets of the establishment, including but not limited to interviewing, food handling, bartending, catering, and shift management.
- Maintain a positive work environment by providing guidance and support to staff members.
- Collaborate with department heads in housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage. to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize Micros POS system or similar software for order processing and financial transactions.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems and hotels operating systems is a plus.
- Strong background in shift management and customer service.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in hospitality management.
