Starting wage for this position is $17.00-$20.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience

Our friendly Hotel Front Desk Supervisor establishes a positive work environment, provides attentive and courteous service, all while creating a memorable and personalized experience for our guests and team members.

  • Supervise a dedicated front desk team
  • Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
  • Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively and responding promptly to guests’ needs
  • Enforce policies and procedures established by the company and the property brand
  • Use the computer system on a daily basis to make reservations, check-in and checkout guests
  • Perform office tasks such as answering the phones, scanning, copying, typing and printing
  • Ensure safety and security of the property, staff and guests

  • Must have Marriott Front Desk experience
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule between days, nights, weekends and overnights as needed
