We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including assigning tasks to staff, ensuring that rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, and monitoring inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they are clean and presentable.
• Ensure that all housekeeping supplies are adequately stocked.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities, maintenance requests, and inventories.
• Train new housekeeping staff in cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.01 per hour
