We are currently seeking Night Auditors to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott located in Middletown, NY.

We are located at 24 Crystal Crossing, Middletown, NY 10941

Job Description
Our Night Auditors will:

• greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome;
• provide accurate information about local attractions and directions to venues;
• complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system;
• verifying and processing credit card payment information; answering telephones;
• field guest complaints; closing out and rolling over the date in the Property Management System and completing required paperwork;
• adhere to all company policies and procedures;

Job Requirements:

• Hotel experience required.
• Ability to work with all types of people.
• Nights, weekends, and holidays required;
• Must have computer skills and the ability to learn hotel operating system, MS office and internet.
