We are a Courtyard by Marriott with a lobby bar and bistro menu. We also host smaller scale functions in our meeting spaces that can include banquet buffets.

We are looking for an enthusiastic (Bistro Attendant) server/bartender to provide an excellent guest dining and drinking experience. This is a Full-time AM position. Bistro attendants will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages/cocktail drinks
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Plan and present bistro menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Assist with Bussing/Cleaning, clearing/wiping down tables and counter. Transfers full dish tubs.

Skills

• Proven working experience as a server and bistro bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bistro organized, stocked and clean
