Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean, neat, and tidy
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective room turnover

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of cleanliness
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
