About the role

As a Control Room Operator , you will execute the approved plant start-up and shutdown procedures to ensure that the facility meets its operational, environmental, and safety commitments while operating in a safe and environmentally efficient manner.
Position Responsibilities:

• Guide Crane, Auxiliary, and Back Plant Operators to maintain a safe and efficient operation
• Effectively monitor Reworld operations systems and have a strong working knowledge of boiler, turbine, and auxiliary equipment operations
• Experienced in reading blueprints, P&IDs, and schematic specifications
• Manage critical events and prioritize tasks for completion at times during emergencies, providing clear directions in operational, safety, and environmental tasks
• Respond to operational alarms, taking immediate corrective action
• Demonstrate solid understanding of operational best practices, including the ability to problem solve and make sound decisions that support Reworld's safety and operational goals

Position Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
